Chanticleer receives many donation inquiries for auctions and fundraisers throughout the year, and unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill all requests. If we are unable to support your organization, it does not reflect any disapproval of your work or mission.

• Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis
• Limited to 4 visitor passes per package
• One request per organization per calendar year
• Organization must be within 20 miles of Chanticleer
• Submit at least 2 months before your event
• Requests via this form only; email and mail submissions will not be considered

If approved, your package will be mailed at least 15 business days before your event. We receive many requests throughout the year and are unable to fulfill all of them.
