Gift Memberships activate on the date of purchase and are valid for the season.
Gift Admission is valid for single-day general admission during our regular hours of operation.
Membership FAQ
When will I receive my membership card?
Do members need to make parking reservations?
Do primary and secondary cardholders need to live in the same household?
I require a caregiver to assist me with my visit. Does my caregiver need a membership?
No. Personal care attendants may accompany members free of charge.
When will my membership expire?
Season Pass Memberships are valid for the current season, from opening day through closing day. You may purchase or renew next season’s membership starting October 1.
Can I use my Chanticleer membership at other gardens and arboreta?
We’re sorry, but Chanticleer does not participate in reciprocal admission programs. Your membership benefits are valid exclusively at Chanticleer.
