Gift Memberships activate on the date of purchase and are valid for the season.

Gift Admission is valid for single-day general admission during our regular hours of operation.

Membership FAQ

Memberships are active upon purchase, with online orders mailed within 10 business days and in-garden purchases receiving an immediate card.
Yes. Parking reservations are required at designated times.
No. All correspondence and mailings are sent to the primary cardholder. To verify or update your information, email giving@chanticleergarden.org or call 610-687-4163 ext. 122.

No. Personal care attendants may accompany members free of charge.

Season Pass Memberships are valid for the current season, from opening day through closing day. You may purchase or renew next season’s membership starting October 1.

We’re sorry, but Chanticleer does not participate in reciprocal admission programs. Your membership benefits are valid exclusively at Chanticleer.
